Shipping Policy

At Nutrigent Inc., we strive to ensure that your order is processed, shipped, and delivered as efficiently and securely as possible. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (PST) on Fridays, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories outside the continental U.S.

3. Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for shipping.

  • Shipping carriers are automatically selected based on the best delivery time and cost for your location; customers cannot choose the carrier manually at checkout.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts and before tax).

  • For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and shipping method selected.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can use the tracking link provided to monitor the delivery status of your order.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, lost, or incorrect, please contact us at info@nutrigent.us within 14 days of delivery, and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for information on return shipping, eligibility, and procedures. Return shipping costs may apply.
