5. Pricing & Payment

  • Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout

  • Promotions and discounts are time-limited and not retroactive

5.2 Payment

  • By submitting payment, you authorize Nutrigent Inc. or our payment processors to charge your selected method

  • Accepted methods include credit cards, debit cards, and others listed at checkout

  • Payment failure may result in order cancellation

6. Subscriptions

6.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date. Charges include product price, taxes, and shipping.

6.2 Managing Subscriptions

Changes made after a billing cycle will apply to the next one.

6.3 Subscription Refunds

Processed subscription orders are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defects.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Processing

Orders are processed within 24 business hours.
Orders placed after 3 PM Friday or on weekends are processed the next business day.

7.2 Delivery

Delivery times vary by shipping method.
Free ground shipping is available for U.S. orders over $60.

7.3 Issues & Damages

Inspect your order upon delivery.
